EMERGENCY Chain

1. Long Chain

This is used whenever lifting barrier /Gate leaves of the Level Crossing becomes defective, the long chain is to be tied across the road which acts as a barrier for road users not to cross the Railway Track.

2. Small Chain

This is used when locking arrangement of lifting barrier /Gate leaves of the Level Crossing becomes defective. This small chain is used to lock the lifting barrier.
