GATE REGISTERS

1. Brief Description

Following Registers are kept at every manned Level Crossing :-

(a)PME and Refresher Record Register:

A record of PME and Training of each and every gate keeper who is supposed to perform duty at a particular gate, is being maintained at a book kept at gate lodge and checked and verified by the inspecting authority during gate inspection.

(b)Complaint Register for Road User:

It is invariably maintained at LC, which contains Name, Address, Contact Details of the complainant,
Details of complaint etc. being written in 3 copies. Out of which one copy is handed over to complainant, one copy is kept in the complaint book as office record and one is sent to the division office with the remarks and duly signed.
